I would encourage you to add about 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt at a time until you get the taste you are looking for. In a 6 quart or larger slow cooker place a crock-pot liner or spray with non-stick cooking spray if desired. Cover and cook on the LOW setting for 2 to 6 hours. Taste it again and add a little more if necessary. So at the end, taste the gravy, and if it doesn’t knock your socks off, add just a pinch of kosher salt and a little pepper. This recipe is purposefully under salted. However bone-in pork chops may fall closer to the 4 hour cooking range. This is a recipe where this step is really important.
